Sarah is a Founding Shareholder and Managing Director of Moonies Hill Energy, a company developing a 150 MW wind farm project backed by ENEL Green Power in Western Australia. She has been responsible for guiding all aspects of the project’s initiation and development including environmental assessments, planning consents, grid connections, power purchase agreement and EPC contract.
She coordinated the team of technical, financial and legal advisors that concluded the project transactions including debt and equity negotiations. She led engagement with external stakeholders including State and Federal agencies. Since 2017 Sarah has been a Director of H2 Energy. Sarah has a PhD in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Western Australia.
Michael has 30 years of experience in the transport and logistics sectors, playing a major role in the consolidation and expansion of large passenger transport enterprises in Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.
Michael has had a strong role in advocacy and policy development in the passenger transport industry at State and National level. He has held positions on industry boards at State and National level including the Bus Industry Confederation and the Australian Public Transport Industry Association. Over the past ten years Michael has gained a wide range of experience in the renewable energy and alternative fuels sectors as a Director of Moonies Hill Energy and H2 Energy Pty Ltd.
Robert is an experienced corporate lawyer. He has worked at an executive level as General Counsel/Head of Legal for many years in an in-house capacity in the energy sector in Australia and internationally. He has significant experience in corporate law, senior management, advising boards, compliance, corporate governance and stakeholder collaboration, and extensive exposure to the resources and energy industry, the environment and water resources.
In addition to being a director of H2 Energy, Robert is a non-executive director on the Boards of Perth Natural Resource Management, Stormwater Australia and Venture Housing. He is an independent advisor to the Board of the Marra Worra Worra Aboriginal Corporation and a member of the Contaminated Sites Committee Panel of Names for the Western Australian Government Department of Water and Environmental Regulation
Andrew has worked in the Aviation sector for the past 10 years. He has a thorough understanding of the development and implementation of safety systems for high capacity transportation.
